comment How can I book a hotel in France for a Schengen visa without paying in advance?
If you can't afford to pay for the hotel now, how would you be able to pay when the time came to go to France?

Is there a reason why you're not returning to your home country to wait for the new UAE visa?

comment Time taken for customs check in Brisbane Australia
There's queues for both Immigration, then after baggage collection another for customs. The latter depends on the queue size, and how much screening they decide you need

comment Does the Havnebus 991/992 ferry in Copenhagen give a similar experience to the more expensive Canal Tours
I personally found the Copenhagen Free Walking Tours to be the best free tour while I was there, but otherwise what you've said looks great :)

comment Booking charter flights online?
I think the OP is after the other kind of charter flights. (The "bucket and spade" kind, not the "champagne and caviar" one!)

comment Was this itinerary switch valid?
@SpaceDog For transit without airport change, there's normally no border control. The airlines are normally responsible for enforcing the rule, rather than home office staff before arrival

comment Car rental without a credit card in Italy?
Insurance normally has an excess, so they typically want a deposit (either directly, or more normally via a pre-authorised hold on a credit card) of something similar to the excess amount. Also, don't forget that you can do a lot more damage with a car than the value of it!

comment Car rental without a credit card in Italy?
See this question and this one for more related discussions. Car hire places normally want some way to get the money from you if you damage the car, up to whatever the insurance covers. Normally that'll be a credit card, otherwise typically they want some kind of other deposit

Are you aware of quite how large a deposit you'd have to leave if a car rental place was to allow it?

comment What to do if denied boarding due to the airlines' fault?
The country of registration of the airline, and the country you were travelling from will make a big difference to your rights (along with the country going to, but we know that one!)

comment As an Argentinian citizen, can I attempt to look for a job in Germany while touring?
Just bear in mind that not only are you looking for someone to offer you a job, you need someone who's willing to both offer you a job and sponsor you for a work visa!

comment If I buy a Renfe ticket online, in what form do I get the actual ticket?
I don't know about RENFE, but often when booking advanced purchase train tickets there's a choice between print at home (with ID requirements) and posted tickets. Did you manage to get the booking site into English? And either way, what did it say about delivery options? (Screenshot could help)

comment Can I travel without a visa by boat from Dubai to Ireland?
Some countries have stricter entry requirements for people not entering on scheduled transport, not sure about Ireland, but you can sometimes need visas to arrive by private boat or plane when scheduled plane or ferry wouldn't

comment Does the Havnebus 991/992 ferry in Copenhagen give a similar experience to the more expensive Canal Tours
The Havnebus route is linked in the question, and seems to skip some parts that the tourist boats use, not sure how much difference those parts make?

To clarify the direction of travel - is it Munich where you'll enter the Schengen area first?

comment Can a child travel on a parent's passport to New Zealand?
Lots of countries are removing and/or tightening up on those sort of provisions of late. If it is still possible in your case, the age of the children may matter
