comment What is the oldest train in the UK still operated regularly for a non-tourism purpose?
The Bakerloo Line is all run with 1972 stock though, isn't it, so 40 years newer newer than the Island line trains?

comment Where to meet travel partner at JFK (Terminal 4 arrivals)
IIRC, there's no-where really to wait between the gate and immigration area in T4, though it has been a few years since I flew Delta into JFK. Wouldn't suggesting to the OP to meet in a cafe outside customs be better?

comment If I have Greek Visa, can I use it to visit other Schengen countries after my arrival in Greece
Would this be visiting other Schengen countries on the same trip, or do you have a multiple-entry visa and you're thinking about coming back another time?

comment Proof of onward travel in Japan?
How will you be travelling onwards from Japan in the end? If it's going home, buying a return with fairly low change fees is likely to work out much cheaper than buying two one-ways

Last Minute used to do good last minute deals, but these days they seem to have morphed into just another boring old OTA

What's your nationality? If you're a US citizen, then you won't need a visa!

comment Left UK without passing through Immigration, why?
The Schengen zone does both formal Entry and Exit checks. The UK does formal entry checks, and electronic exit checks. As such, this is entirely as expected

comment Arriving Heathrow airport terminal 2, departing terminal 3, but need lounge access in terminal 2
@Calchas I thought they checked boarding passes before letting you into the security check, like they do at T5. Is that not also the case in T2?
