How do I minimize cash advance fees when withdrawing from a foreign ATM? A bit of a difference, yes! But not all that surprising... Taking money out on a credit card is rarely a sensible idea, except in certain special cases (eg cards which explicitly have very low fees, a card you've put into a positive balance etc) |

Where to take photo for Schengen Visa? Did you try going to a professional photographer? Or a high-end camera shop? I've had luck with getting unusual sized photos from both in the past (but in the UK not the US, so it might be different). Generally they've been very reasonably priced |
