I'm a Software Developer who just loves to code, even when not working I'm always playing with the newest technologies and learning. I'm now working on BlackBerry apps, but only just got into that dimension of crazyness so am doing more asking than replying to questions :)
I've previously been a Source Control Administrator (damn you ClearCase!), and have done extra-curricular consultancy work which has taken me into Virtual Basic, Google Web Toolkit and all sorts of things.
Oh, and I'm just back from travelling the world with my girlfriend - it's surprising how much downtime you have (argh, Airports) and how much you can do with a netbook!

Unplanned backpacking across several European countries Yeah, interrailing is excellent - you can just hop on and hop off whenever. Once, we hit Vienna and it was terrible weather, so we turned around and got on the next train to Munich :) |

“Lord of the Rings” Tours in New Zealand I did the Hobbiton tour last year, and yes it was frickin AWESOME - but please check before you go as I heard it was being shut whilst the Hobbit was being filmed....though it might give you a better chance of seeing props and things that will be left behind :) |

How can I travel between US towns without flying Gotta say, if you get the change, travel by megabus on the East Coast. The buses were amazing, comfortable, free wifi - whereas the Greyhound buses were dank and expensive. |
