I hope to travel to Iceland as soon as I work out the logistics.

It's all about the mutton. And fish, but fish is a relatively new part of Icelandic cuisine. And horse. Those are the traditional things, but now there is pretty much all styles available in town, it's gotten pretty cosmipoliatn.

Because it would be cool to re-do Bjarni Herjólfsson's and Eric the Red's trips. And depending on the boat, travel by boat can be more pleasant than flying.

Interesting! I learn something everyday. I just looked it up. It works anywhere if you have a GSM phone. If you are using a land line, or non GSM phone in, say, the US, you'd have to dial 911.
