Actually I was bold and put in a new question title for you - feel free to edit it again.

I would suggest rewording the question title to make it clear. As it is it sounds bit like foreigners should be expected to be not nice, and most people won't understand "foreign" to mean another city in the person's home country.

comment Can you enter the departures area without a boarding pass at London Heathrow airport?
You used to be able to do this in some places, I guess before 9/11. Now it seems you can't do it in most places but I don't know if it's all places. So asking the questions about certain specific places seems OK to me.

comment How can I find out what the typical “fast food” is for a particular country?
I'm not sure if this is a good question because it's a bit "meta". But I do think specific questions about the street food of particular countries or regions are good questions for our site.

comment OK we're all nerds here, so really, how on earth should I use a Japanese toilet?
What's the difference between the two buttock spraying options? One icon seems to suggest the water stream split in two and each cleans one the centre of one buttock, while the other icon suggests an even shower of water droplets showering the entire posterior. Both of which seem a bit odd... \-:

comment 3 days in Amsterdam: What to see?
If you're like most people then see the prostitutes in their windows and go to a coffee shop that doesn't sell coffee but does sell marijuana... If you're not like most people then add more detail to the question. How different from Anne Frank's house are you still interested in?

Foreign cities? You mean somebody from Pakistan or Barcelona attending a conference in New South Wales for instance?

comment What to do if you're being abused by a Low Cost company?
LCCs are a bit like convenience stores. There are pros and cons. Everybody bitches about the cons but they could've just gone for a fullprice airline or supermarket. But they were lured in by the low cost or convenience and don't want to blame themself for doing so. There's no such thing as a free lunch so learn the pifalls and consider the alternatives. If you know what you're doing then LCCs can be very low cost and convenience stores can be very convenenient. But LCCs are never flexible and convenience stores are never cheap.
