comment How fast may you drive on the Autobahn?
@DanNeely - Outside of urban areas, there are no lights on the Autobahn. Your own headlights may not reach far enough but you can still see the rear-lights of the vehicles in front.

comment How can I find the cheapest private hotel room (as opposed to a bed in a dorm) using online tools?
In my tests on HostelWorld I saw the same listed hostels for various room types. But I can now can confirm that it makes a difference. Make sure you sort by 'Price'.

Go go Hostelworld, check the room type 'Single Room' (only), this doesn't make a difference to the results, they are still full of dorms because these places also offer singles.

comment Internet speed in Nha Trang Vietnam?
In general Internet Cafes in Vietnam are faster and cheaper than in Cambodia or Laos. I don't remember any specific places in Nha Trang, but you should be able to find a place with decent connectivity. As for Wi-fi and mobile internet, I don't know because I don't bring my own devices when I travel.

comment Advantages of traveling from Lima to Cusco by bus vs. plane?
I agree with Mark. If you want to visit and experience Peru, take the bus. If you just want to visit Machu Picchu, then fly. I met several people in Cusco that flew in and had problem with the altitude. Taking the bus does not mean you wont have any problems with it but its a bit less likely. If you are short on time, I think it's better to spend a day on a bus and be okay than flying and may be sick for days.
