Are international driving licences really necessary for any country? The same happened to us in Indonesia, even on Bali where it is a sport for the cops to fine foreigners riding scooters and not having international licenses. I always take mine along. |

Under which conditions should I buy an extra ticket for my luggage on public transport in Sofia? Fair enough, I wasn't aware of this strict policy against lists. I do remember many huge lists on Stack Overflow in the past and thought a list of cities with this fare policy would be helpful. At least with have a better FAQ now. When I asked the question it flagged it as 'subjective' which is isn't. It should have flagged it as 'list' |

Under which conditions should I buy an extra ticket for my luggage on public transport in Sofia? I took that bus too (in September 2011) but wasn't charged extra plus I consider that more an intercity bus and in many countries you are charged extra for your luggage on overland buses. |
