@justinl - Yes online booking is more convenient, personally I prefer buying ticket direct and the station even if sometimes it is a bit of a hassle. One reason to buy direct is that your credit card company may charge you 1% or 2% fees on overseas purchases. I avoid using my credit card abroad and pay cash whenever possible.
