I didn't put the down vote, it wasn't me. I appreciated your answer. I find silly that stack overflow doesn't allow to know who set the votes. It's easy to misunderstood. So don't be pissed off with me, because I didn't do it. (ps. you got 2 down votes, and 1 vote up.

Hi, I went to the website you told me and I've actually been told I'm exempted. (I'm Italian not Dutch). It says: You are exempt from visa for tourist visits of up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date.

I remember last trip I've done in Asia, I bought a medical insurance online, and it was very easy. Can you suggest me any company ?

I've called them and I've been told that I actually need to buy a travel insurance from my home country. (I'm resident in the Netherlands, I have a dutch basic health insurance, but I've italian passport).

Thanks, perfect. One more question, since I will ask them to leave me on the border with Chile, I will carry my backpack with me. Is it going to be an extra charge?Or just the same price ?

comment How to receive money abroad, (transfer companies)?
I've called (ABN AMRO), and I've been told there is this additional replacement card indeed for 10 euros annual fees. But I've found out my debit card is also working abroad (with a change of the card profile for South America). So I can use the debit card as replacement for the credit card.

@Gagravarr good one, thanks I will check. Although it might be too late to get a replacement card, I'm leaving in 5 days

comment Uyuni to San Pedro and not viceversa
THanks, I'm arriving by flight in Uyuni in the afternoon, around 2 o'clock. So I don't think I will have a lot of time to go around (what time do the tourist offices close ?). Do you think I can buy a tour the day later, or do they start very early in the morning ?
