But I can't find any information about non-Dutch citizens getting Dutch ID cards at all, what is it exactly?

I suspect the card won't be useable as a travel document for you (see last sentence of first paragraph of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/… )

comment Is 1hr 10m enough transfer time in Brussels airport?
Was this all booked as a single ticket with the same airline, or are they separate tickets?

comment What is the largest pub/bar in Europe?
According to nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drie_Gezusters_(bedrijf) , De Drie Gezusters has a capacity of 3750. It has 20 bars. I'm sceptical of such numbers in general though.

comment What is the actual price of hiring a porter for Everest base camp?
It seems the porters would have an incentive to make you go too fast if you pay a lump sum for the trip. Would it be better if you negotiated a daily rate, or is that simply not done / would lead to the opposite problem?

comment Booked a room 5 months ago, now hotel lowers the price, what can I do?
If you booked on booking.com, they constantly say that they have only 3 (or 1) rooms left -- the hotel is free to make another available to booking once one of them is gone...

comment Can a 16 year old Egyptian travel alone to the US?
"Auditioning" sounds like you'd be looking for work -- so you'd need a visa that allows you to work. Very hard to get even for adults.

revised Is it allowed in Amsterdam to give a ride on bicycle to another person
Added the "netherlands" tag as this is about Dutch traffic laws/customs, not Amsterdam-specific

comment Other than Baarle-Hertog/Baarle-Nassau, where in the EU can I take a selfie with my feet in two different countries?
This is too easy, there must be tens of marked three-country points, let alone just two.

comment Is it safe to visit Amsterdam on New Year's?
@user568458: note that the Netherlands already is part of the air strikes on IS, but only in Iraq, not over the border in Syria. But anyway, although there is a chance that maybe some day there will be a terrorist attack somewhere in the Netherlands is not a reason not to come here.

comment Air travel with white powder in little transparent bag
A long time ago, I was a long haired hippie and I wanted to enter Switzerland with a friend. We obviously matched some profile and were selected for careful screening. Turns out the milk powder packets we had with us had broken, so the first thing she opened produced a cloud of white powder. We thought this was hilarious and when she opened our dirty socks next, we were let go without further questions...
