In Valencia there are a few coworking spaces, where you can rent a working space for a few days, weeks or months. Workether is the only one I've been to. There are many things to do outside of Valencia. If you like to walk in the nature, there are many hiking trails in the surrounding mountains, less than 50km away. I am an American living here. I have done all of these things and I recommend them 100%. My personal favorite is the hot springs. It is called Montanejos.
