About

Questions about the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh (AP), Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, and the "union territories" Lakshadweep and Puducherry (formerly Pondicherry).

Most languages spoken in the south are from the Dravidian family, entirely unrelated to Hindi and Sanskrit: Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.

Food in South India is also markedly different to food further north.
