Philadelphia is the fifth largest city in the United States. Founded by William Penn as the city to serve as the capital of the Pennsylvania colony in 1682.

The "City of Brotherly Love" as it is nicknamed has a lot of historical significance to the establishment of the United States and was a city that hosted First and Second Continental Congresses and served as the temporary capital of the United States while Washington, D.C. was under construction.
