I will spend 4 days in SF, which are the must see of SF? Thanks a lot

Edited: I will give more context, I am a Software Engineer and I mor einteresting in geek stuff and in relax places like bars, etc.

There are SOO many things in San Francisco. Thousands of restaurants, hundreds of parks, and such diversity that any answer to this question as it stands will be incredibly subjective. I'm closing it as WAY too broad and subjective at present. If you can edit your question with what you want to see, what type of stuff you enjoy - be it tall buildings, or prisons, or bridges, or parks, or museums - and flag it for reopening, we can consider reopening it and would be happy to answer. Even if I were to suggest what my highlights were (I'm actually going there this weekend), that may be different to someone else's. I know people who were obsessed with going to the spot where Star Trek's fictional HQ are near the Golden Gate bridge, but I wouldn't choose to do that, for sure. – Mark Mayo Oct 1 '12 at 18:15
