I'm coming to Stuttgart for 6 months , and I started self learning saxophone since 4 months so far , but i need to boost a little bit. So I'm searching for a Music School that is open for public admission, private tutors or even saxophone Groups or enthusiasts who can show up and practice together.

As you know also saxophone sounds very loud, so most probably i wouldn't be able to practice at home, what would be best place to practice music without anyone gets annoyed? What about parks?

I don't have an answer but you might have some luck asking the same question on expatriates.SE or Toytown Germany. –  Relaxed May 23 at 7:13

This seems off topic here to me. It isn't to do with travel, but may be applicable on expat, as @Relaxed said –  Rory Alsop May 23 at 8:11
