I am a qualified diver and interested in diving in the new remote waters like African beaches but I couldn't find enough information about diving accommodations in these areas. I only found these areas are mostly welcoming to the rich western travelers specially men and families who are coming here by attending a travel agency in their own countries and most tour developers in African countries which are offering diving tours and accommodations are westerners and usually do not have any trend to help the other foreigners from the other countries specially if they are alone! By googling I found their accommodations are dramatically expensive and only suitable for very rich families who want to spend their honey moon in a different place.

Is there anyone to help find information about hostels and their safety situations if there is any?

So an interesting question, but in its current state, problematic. You're asking not about one country, but two. You're asking also about accommodation, as well as about hiring diving equipment. And you're asking about "more information" but it's not very clear what you're after. I think it'd be much more likely that you'd get answers of use if you split these questions into separate ones, as it's more likely someone know about one of them. I'm closing, but when you edit it and ask just one thing more clearly, please flag it to be reopened, and ask the rest as separate questions. Thanks! – Mark Mayo Mar 5 at 7:52

I will try it however it is too much for a lazy traveler! – Persian Cat Mar 5 at 7:56
I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but thanks for editing. The main big paragraph is still quite confusing to read, as is the question (maybe it's a language barrier, I'm not sure). You seem to be implying these areas discriminate between Westerners and other foreigners? I'm not sure what basis you have for this statement, or why it's relevant to the question. Then the question - my understanding (I think) is that you want to know what hostels exist, and if they're safe? Mozambique is a big country - could you be more specific about the area you wish to travel to? – Mark Mayo Mar 5 at 17:28
Sorry if it seems like we're fussy, but as per our faq, we want questions to be specific. If it's too broad (eg asking about an entire country) there's a good chance it'll get closed by the community if I reopen it in its current form. – Mark Mayo Mar 5 at 17:29
@MarkMayo Maybe! I am not an English speaker and surely it is not very easy to communicate with people who may have never tried to be familiar with non natives and their different methods in writing English! :) You do not have to focus on something which you do not know about or disagree with or cannot get it for any reason. Focus on the questions which can understand them as they are some very correct simple sentences. Surely this country is not small ( not big too ) but I am talking about diving which surely you can not do it on hills and in the center of city. You need beaches! :)) – Persian Cat Mar 5 at 22:40

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.
