We would like to spend the weekend in Berlin with my girlfriend. As many people we heard about the incredible art places, bars and restaurants. We are not really interested in museum more about the living Berlin.

Which area would you advise ? Do you have any hotels to recommend (cheaper than 100E) ?

We are 27 and 30 years old.

This is quite broad - as with any major city, there is SO much to do, and your open-ended question falls foul of the faq, and is also likely to be downvoted for being a 'lazy question' - you've not said what you're after. What is the 'living Berlin' to you - do you want areas with clubs/bars or what? Please edit your question and add more info - as it currently stands it'll very likely be closed. – Mark Mayo Jan 27 at 21:16
The faq also requires you not to ask for recommendations - "eliciting list-style answers, suggestions or recommendations on a topic or place (unless VERY specific criteria is listed)". This is where your question is really failing to meet the guidelines in the faq. Sorry, I'm going to have to close it until the question is edited. Please do flag it for reopening when you've done so - I and others have been to Berlin and would be happy to answer some well defined questions on the city! :) – Mark Mayo Jan 27 at 21:19
