Hi rikket and welcome to Travel SE. I had to vote to close your question, since the question is very broad and quite subjective. This is not allowed here, according to our FAQs. – RoflcoptrException Jan 10 at 16:30
rikket, can you please be more specific. Give more details. – HaLaBi Jan 10 at 16:36

Hi and welcome. Please have a read of our faq, where it says that we don't permit polling questions. If you are able to edit and reword your question in a manner more suited for a Q/A site, then we can help - one where you're looking for a specific answer. But there's no "eliciting list-style answers, suggestions or recommendations on a topic or place (unless VERY specific criteria is listed) ". If you do edit it, please flag it for reopening and we can hopefully help out. – Mark Mayo Jan 10 at 17:11

Way too broad and subjective. I suggest you read about the countries in e.g. Wikipedia or CIA World Factbook. Of these three, Latvia is by far the cheapest, Finland the most expensive. Finland arguably has "best working conditions", but you'd likely have a hard time finding work without knowing Finnish or having very specialised skills. – Jonik Jan 10 at 18:24
