I have a SmartWings plane ticket for tomorrow. I tried to verify the validity of the ticket, but the online system says:

We are unable to process your booking online. Please contact our call center at: Tel. +420 (255) 700827.

Should I be worried? Should I call to that number and verify it (would be an international call)?

I have had enough money-related and similar problems recently and I would really like to get safely home for Christmas.

Since you're obviously worried you should make a call. – Karlson Dec 20 '12 at 15:40
If people are flagging to reopen, please indicate why. – Mark Mayo Dec 20 '12 at 18:51
I don't see the reason for closure. It is valid and answerable. Other people can have the same problem with SmartWings system (reservation not comfirmable yet valid). – tohecz Dec 20 '12 at 19:07

@tohecz As such the question is too localized as far as only the specific airline is concerned. The fundamental question would not be answerable at all. Should you be worried if you can't process booking online? If you are do something about it. If you're not ignore it. But the action you take is yours and yours alone. Substituting your own pick for a collective vote doesn't work in this case. And is actually not constructive as far as SE is concerned – Karlson Dec 20 '12 at 19:29
@000 - I've posted a message for you in the Travel Chat - if you'd like to engage in discussion. I didn't vote to close, but I'm not entirely sure what you were after - as far as I can see, SmartWings specifically told you to call, and you're not sure what to do? I'd say call them, especially as it's pretty close to Christmas. – Mark Mayo Dec 20 '12 at 19:48
