I generally hate American airlines (such as United, American Airlines, Delta, ...). They provide worst service in the flight. However, I have never flown US airlines international flight (for example to Europe) and I'm wondering if people have good or bad experiences with international flight of American airlines.

I've flown one shortish intl flight with American Airlines (Miami to Costa Rica). It was ok; nothing special about the service. I guess it all depends on what you expect or are used to. Compared to Ryanair (best known European low-cost carrier) the experience was very pleasant, but not as nice as e.g. Quantas or Finnair. – Jonik Dec 12 '12 at 9:49
