One of my friend was not completed his engineering degree(arrears). But he is hard work, he start working on small start up software company and became very skill full and good experienced. Until now none of the company that he worked cared about his education degree.

Now he getting offers from European countries. If company is not taking is think as not issue, Can he go there and work.

  • What are the difficulties he may was on getting visa ?
  • What type of passport is required
  • If not possible, how he should prepare for his attempt.

Citizenship : Indian

Please advice us !
