What are good cities that teach japanese language?

Can you elaborate? Is this a one month trip and you want to learn some phrases? Are you moving to/living in Japan? In which case this would be off topic as it is no longer about traveling. Cities do not teach anything, are you looking for a region in which there are good schools? When I google "Learning Japanese in Japan" "Studying Japanese" and similar I found a lot of results, plenty of schools to go through. That might guide you in a good direction to finding a suitable school/study center. After finding the name of a place one can google more to find what people think of that place. – Alendri Nov 4 '12 at 2:37
Welcome to Travel.SE. I recommend you read our faq - it's very hard to tell from this question what you're talking about - which cities, what country? Do you mean just the spoken language, or written as well? As it stands this is far too broad, and as such I'm closing it. If however you edit it to be more specific, which we welcome, please do flag it for reopening! Thanks – Mark Mayo Nov 4 '12 at 8:58
