In city for relaxing, for tourism and learning Japanese language,for 3 months, what city best to choose,whats place to live -hotel,flat.........

Please phrase your question more clearly. What are you asking? The cheapest way to travel? The most suitable place for a language course? Affordable long-term hotel options in a particular city? YOur best bet is taking the plan. On a site like kayak.com you might will probably find the best prices. Play a bit with the dates, and possibly with the arrival and destination airports. – Marcel C. Nov 4 '12 at 19:50
